Overview

Kiln downtime is rarely caused by firing, it is caused by wear parts. This roller kiln is designed for low maintenance with a 20 year design service life, six month inspection intervals and individual roller replacement while the line keeps running. Flexible production line integration covers the green tile loader, digital printer, sorter and packing line through an OPC UA gateway, so the kiln slots into an existing plant instead of forcing a full rebuild of the production flow.
