This roller kiln runs on fully automatic PLC and touchscreen control, from cold start through steady production, with 100 stored recipes covering every tile format the line makes. Real time digital temperature profile monitoring samples each zone every second and plots the live curve against the recipe, correcting burners before a deviation becomes a defect. Operators work from one touchscreen, and engineers can connect over VPN for remote diagnostics and curve tuning.
