High Precision Ceramic Roller Drive System

Overview

Roller quality decides both tile flatness and kiln downtime. This roller kiln uses a high precision ceramic roller driving system with helical gearbox group drive holding speed accuracy under 0.5%, so tiles travel in a straight, vibration free line. The 1250 C heat resistant roller grade, made from corundum mullite ceramic with +/- 0.15mm straightness, resists thermal creep in the firing zone and can be replaced independently without stopping the line.
