Overview

Glaze defects usually start as a local atmosphere error. This roller kiln divides the firing chamber into 24 independent zones with PID control holding +/- 2 C, and adds precision atmosphere and pressure regulation through 12 measurement points along the kiln. Zone by zone pressure balance prevents cold air infiltration and keeps the oxidation to reduction transition exactly where the glaze recipe expects it.
