Overview

Short cycles only work when heat reaches the tile body fast and evenly. This roller kiln runs a 25 minute ultra fast firing cycle on thin-body and porcelain tile, using high velocity burner jets and a compact firing chamber to cut thermal lag. Rapid thermal response lets the controller follow recipe changes within minutes, and uniform heat transfer across the roller deck keeps the left, centre and right of every tile at the same maturity.
