Overview

Environmental permits are now the gatekeeper for new kiln capacity. This tunnel kiln is built around low emission eco friendly firing, with staged low NOx burners, flue gas desulfurization and bag filtration holding NOx under 200 mg/Nm3 and dust under 20 mg/Nm3. Flexible multi fuel compatibility lets the plant switch between natural gas, LPG, coal gas, biomass gas and diesel without changing burner hardware, and the high alumina lining supports firing temperatures up to 2000 C for refractory and technical ceramic production.
