Overview

This tunnel kiln runs on fully automatic PLC operation, from cold start to steady state, with no manual burner adjustment on a normal shift. Real time thermal profile monitoring samples every thermocouple each second and compares the live curve against the recipe, correcting burner output before deviation becomes scrap. The smart kiln control system logs three years of production data, raises multi level alarms to phone and email, and allows remote engineering support over VPN.
