It combines a proven tunnel-type roller conveying system with advanced PLC automation to deliver consistent, high-grade firing results around the clock.

Product Description

Uniform temperature distribution is the foundation of first-grade ceramic firing. The RY-RK-2480T divides the kiln into independent top and bottom heating zones, each regulated by its own thermocouple and burner loop, so ware on every roller lane receives identical heat. The result is consistent color, size and flatness from the first tile to the last.
